Orange Velvet Cupcakes

I just made these Orange Velvet Cupcakes over the weekend, and they were so good.  Usually  when I make  red velvet, the cupcakes are a bit cakey, so I was surprised. I added orange extract and the flavor was delicious. The icing was a bit tangy, and not too overly sweet. The results were great.
